Do you clean the entire yard?
Yes, we scoop all areas where dog waste is a problem—front, back, and side yards, flower beds, and dog runs. If the poop is there, we’ll take care of it.
Do you scoop year-round?
Yes, we work in all seasons. If there’s snow, we’ll remove what is visible and get anything left behind on the next visit.
How do you keep my dog safe?
We disinfect our tools and shoes between yards to prevent germs from spreading. We also take a gate photo when we’re done so you know it’s locked, and your dog stays safe.
How much does it cost?
Service starts at $60 per month, but pricing depends on yard size, cleanup frequency, and the number of dogs. Most clients pay between $95 and $135 per month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts! You can start, pause, or cancel anytime through your customer portal or by contacting us.
What do you do with the waste?
We double-bag the waste and put it in your trash can for proper disposal. In the future, we may offer removal.
Can my dog be in the yard during service?
Yes, we love dogs! If yours has shown signs of aggression, we ask that you bring them inside while we scoop. If a dog is aggressive toward our team, we may ask that they be kept inside or remove your yard from our route.
Can I pick my cleanup day?
Yes, but availability depends on your location. We usually have 2-3 options to fit your schedule.
Do you give arrival times?
No, we don’t provide exact arrival times. We optimize our routes overnight to keep costs low and service as many clients as possible. We will send a text before arrival so you know when we’re on the way.
